Based in the Corvallis area, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.  The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source talent.  Additional responsibilities include training hiring managers and other talent acquisition specialist.  Additionally, you will proactively source, build, and maintain a stream of qualified active and passive candidates through various recruiting and sourcing techniques. Generate recruiting leads for open positions both hourly and salary. Construct Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate identification. Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and job requirements. Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs. Build and maintain robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Produce reports and performance metrics on applicant flow, trends and results.

  • Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5+ year's recruiting experience
  • Manufacturing industries experience required.
  • Minimum 3+ year's technical sourcing experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in behavior-based interviewing techniques,
  • Psychometrics and employment testing.
  • AIRS Certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time throughout the Western United States.
